Description

The Aurora Internship Program is dedicated to building Indigenous leadership. We believe in prioritising our beneficiaries, placing the lived experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities at the core of what we do.

Aurora supports Indigenous and Non-Indigenous interns to develop practical skills, gain real-world career experience, and build professional networks. Non-Indigenous interns are strategically placed in the Indigenous sector where they are offered the rewarding opportunity to learn from and collaborate with Indigenous peoples, communities, and organisations.

We extend an invitation for your esteemed institution to be an integral part of this meaningful journey.  We want to build long-term relationships with our university partners and aim to work as a collective to support the success of Indigenous and Non-Indigenous interns throughout their educational experience.

Should an information session prove beneficial for students or staff, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange this. We are eager to support engagement opportunities (in-person or online) and look forward to assisting you in coordinating these events.
