Manage My Degree - HDR (MMD-HDR) is a suite of eForms accessed via ANUHub for current HDR candidates to self-manage their candidature.

HDR Candidates can apply for the following:

• Apply for leave of absence (future dated only)
• Notify of return from leave
• Program withdrawal / voluntary discontinuation
• Change enrolment - add/drop coursework
• Change of intensity - full time or part time
• Change of program level - PhD/MPhil/Professional Doctorate
• Apply for an extension of program - including scholarship extensions
• Apply for an extension of electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE)
• Change working thesis details

There are some administrative processes that cannot be managed via the MMD- HDR eForms – these exemptions include:

• Apply for HDR coursework enrolment change
• Apply for backdated leave of absence
• Apply for a backdated change of intensity
• Apply to change your program within or between different schools and / or Colleges
• Apply for an extension of scholarship for a length of time that does not fall within the standard four week blocks available (full time candidates), or eight week blocks (part time candidates)
• Apply for an extension of scholarship once your expiry date has passed
• Set up or extend your fee waiver for the HDR Fee Remission Merit Scholarship
• Apply for an internal sponsorship of tuition fees
• Apply for an extension of your HDR program once your maximum submission date has passed
• Apply to change your supervisory panel
• Submission and examination of your thesis
